How (and Where) Should Victor Grow? - RESULTS!!

As a reminder, these meetings were held to investigate how Victor’s growth will impact our five core values – family friendliness, small town feel, connection to nature, cultural history, and sustainability. Using visualization software and interactive keypads to capture audience response, we asked for your help evaluating some different possible futures for Victor. From your responses, we came up with a set of principles we believe Victor should apply as it grows.
The growth principles we produced through these meetings will help inform the City’s Capital Improvements Plan, a document that the City will use to estimate the costs and revenue it can expect over the next 15-20 years. Future costs and revenue will be heavily impacted by the type and location of growth. The principles created through Envision Victor’s meetings will guide the creation of a fiscal analysis tool that will evaluate the cost and revenue impacts of different growth scenarios.
